A History of Patco and Prosan

Patco Management Inc is a fast growing New York based company since 1985, with a goal to provide resources, chemicals and employee training that addresses growing food safety concern in retail stores. During that time Patco has developed a professional Food Safety Sanitation Program designed to meet the sanitation and risk management needs of our convenience stores and restaurant partners.

ProSan is a "program supplier" of sanitation cleaning chemicals to customers throughout the southeast United States. ProSan was founded in 1996, by 25-year veteran of the chemical industry who envisioned a better way to establish a business plan for the marketplace. ProSan is a pioneer in the industry and totally unique in their approach to serving their customer base;.both in the range of support tools to customers and the way we capture savings in your supply.

In 2011 these two industry innovation leading companies, ProSan Corp and Patco Food Safety, merged together to better serve their customer base. Food safety and food service sanitation are now bundled together by ProSan and Patco. This merger has created more value in the ProSan brand via Patco's strengths and added services, and created a wonderful savings opportunity for food service operators nationwide.
